Customer Service Rep – Nome
Responsibilities include but not limited to providing timely, efficient, exceptional customer service and first contact resolution for all customers, while actively promoting the company’s products and services.
The ideal candidate must possess:
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- One year recent customer service experience in the Telecommunications industry or 2 years related customer service experience is preferred.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to work multiple tasks while maintaining a positive and pleasant manner with all customers and co-workers.
