4G UNWIRED OFFERS MOBILITY FUND 11 CHALLENGE ASSISTANCE SERVICES FOR CCA CARRIERS.
Indialantic, FL – February 26th, 2018 4G Unwired, Inc. announced today that they can assist Carriers with MF-II Challengeable Areas based on the one-time 4G LTE data collection Shapefiles which were filed with the FCC on January 4th. The FCC anticipates that the MF II Challenge Process Window may open as soon as March 22, 2018, one week after the March 15th deadline for carriers to request access to the USAC Challenge Process Portal. USAC is in the process of aggregating the Providers’ LTE coverage polygons and will publish a Shapefile of the presumptive eligible areas for MF-II support auction on a state by state basis.
Carrier’s may designate 4G Unwired as one of three authorized Users with access to the USAC Challenge Process Portal (or the Carriers can provide 4G Unwired with the underlying files). 4G Unwired can then access, map, compare and evaluatetheShapefiles of both the Carriers and its competitor(s) from both a population and accessibility LTE coverage perspective. 4G can also provide drive testing data collection services within the Challenge Window for the verification process.
