DYNAMIC LIFECYCLE INNOVATIONS OBTAINS E‐STEWARDS® CERTIFICATION
ONALASKA, WIS. (February 27, 2019) – Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations, a full‐service electronics and materials lifecycle management corporation providing solutions for electronics recycling, materials recovery, legislative compliance, IT asset disposition (ITAD), product refurbishment, remarketing and resale, and data security, today announced that its corporate headquarters location is now e‐Stewards certified. e‐Stewards certification is an accredited, third‐party audited certification program for electronics recyclers, refurbishers, and asset managers, which identifies the most globally responsible recyclers. The e‐Stewards certification, combined with Dynamic’s current R2, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and National Association for Information Destruction (NAID) certifications, offers customers even greater assurance of the company’s commitment to safeguarding their data, managing security risks, and protecting their brand.*
“We’re committed to going above and beyond regulatory compliance to safeguard our customers and the planet from the risks associated with managing e‐waste,” says Miles Harter, Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations CEO. “By obtaining e‐Stewards certification, in addition to our existing R2 certification, Dynamic further demonstrates our dedication to provide customers with absolute confidence that the job will be done right.”
The e‐Stewards® Standard for Responsible Recycling and Reuse of Electronic Equipment© is a comprehensive set of performance requirements created specifically for the electronics recycling and
asset recovery industries, and other processors, set into the framework of ISO 14001, the global environmental management system standard. It is the basis for the accredited e‐Stewards certification program and was developed in a multi‐stakeholder process with experts and leaders in related fields. It is consistent with international waste trade laws (Basel Convention and OECD treaties), NIST data privacy requirements of customers, environmental and health and safety management system norms, occupational health and safety best practices, and social accountability values.1
Jason Schott, vice president of sales at Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations, emphasized that this latest certification further solidifies Dynamic’s dedication to achieve and maintain all certifications in which customers find value. “With the addition of the e‐Stewards certification, Dynamic continues to put our customers’ needs first, providing complete transparency, security, and assurance of brand and risk management.”
